Description

A screw-free doorway pull-up bar that fits door frames 76-90cm wide, fixes in place by twisting the tube and holds up to 200kg.

There is no drilling: extend the bar inside the door frame and rotate the tube to tighten it. The more weight you put on it, the tighter it grips, and the slip-resistant handles give a secure hold for pull-ups and chin-ups.

Before you buy, check that your doorway is between 76cm and 90cm wide and the frame is more than 7cm wide.
