Description

A 20kg 2-in-1 weight set that works as two adjustable dumbbells or, joined with the connecting rod, as a single barbell.

It comes with twelve plates in three sizes – 2kg, 1.5kg and 1.25kg – so you can build the load up gradually, which makes it a good first set as well as a useful one for experienced lifters. Use the dumbbells for curls, presses and raises, and the barbell for squats and lunges.

The plates are sand-filled HDPE, the bars have non-slip grips, and everything stacks together when you have finished.
